Our Services
Most event spaces have an “Events Manager” or “Coordinator” and as they are paid by the venue they don’t always pay as much attention to detail as your own dedicated planner and often leave right when you need them. I will be on hand to ensure staff are briefed properly with every detail of your event and will sort out any issues before your guests notice.
My job is to help you to get exactly what you want on the day regardless of your budget, whether it’s a:
- Palace, theatre or zoo in the centre of London
- Marquee in your backyard
- Hotel in Watford
- Stately Manor House in Hertfordshire
- Botanical garden in New Zealand
- Vineyard in New Zealand
your event will still be given the same detail, thought and attention.
I can do as much or as little as you require; anything from just finding the venue to organising every detail including hair and makeup, florist, photographer, catering, and transport. I can arrange a personalised chauffeur to pick you up from home, take you to visit venues or attend appointments saving you the hassle of catching trains and taxis or finding carparks.
Remember there is no such thing as a free events planner, if you enter into a contract with an events company for the venue, entertainment, catering, flowers or any part of this instead of directly, you will be paying £3,000-7,000 for this service. I promise I can give you better value for money than any events company and happy for you to test this out for free.

For weddings, my help doesn’t just stop at the wedding itself, I can also assist with your honeymoon plans. Whether you dream of a luxury stay in an over-water bungalow in the Maldives, sipping cocktails while watching the sunset in Thailand, a cruise to the Caribbean or travelling to Middle Earth, I can find something to suit your taste and budget and recommend special places that even the travel agents don’t know about.

Whether you are planning a large black tie seated dinner and dance or a summer fair in a park in central London, I have the experience to organise a successful event. I can save you costs where the venue has an experienced and dedicated events manager already and will only charge an hourly rate in this case for the sourcing of the venue then will pass you over to them.

Let me arrange an intimate dinner for you in a beautiful private venue. Whether it's a business meeting where you want to impress your clients, a special family dinner, an afternoon tea or a fun office party there is the perfect venue for you.
Cost
The most important factor to a lot of people is cost. My services are £1,000 for 20 hours or £100 an hour for anything under £1,000 booking.
